Dr. Craig Keener is Professor of Biblical Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. He has authored two dozen books and hundreds of articles on the historical Jesus, the reliability of the Gospel accounts, the Spirit of God, miracles, women in the Bible, Saul/Paul of Tarsus, and related topics. Dr. Keener is a well-known Christian commentator and is active with his wife Médine (a historian and former refugee) in ethnic reconciliation efforts in Africa and elsewhere. In this riveting conversation with Dr. Yeshaya Gruber of the Israel Bible Center, Dr. Keener explains why he views the Gospels as reliable historical literature and expounds the ideas that have developed into his new book, Christobiography: Memory, History, and the Reliability of the Gospels.
